Abstract:The distribution of high-quality medical resources in China is uneven, primary care doctors lack experience, and there is a lack of knowledge tools to support medical diagnosis and treatment, making it difficult to fully leverage the advantages of the national hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy. In order to better implement the "Healthy China 2030" planning outline, it is necessary to achieve deep mining and dynamic, active services for healthcare big data. This report briefly introduces the governance of medical health data under the medical internet environment, case knowledge organization, knowledge mining and discovery methods, and the research and development practice of the RuZhi big data medical knowledge service system.
Biography of the Presenter:Gu Dongxiao, professor and PhD supervisor at the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology, deputy director of the Ministry of Education Laboratory for Data Science and Smart Social Governance. He received the second prize of the National Excellent Textbook Award (ranked first) from the first session of the National Textbook Construction Awards. He was selected for Stanford University's Top 2% Scientists List (2023) and the Anhui Province High-End Talent Cultivation Action Young Top-notch Talent Project (2023). He graduated from Jilin University with a bachelor's degree and from Hefei University of Technology with a master's and doctoral degree, and later conducted postdoctoral research at Nanjing University. He has engaged in cooperative research at the University of Wisconsin and Indiana University in the United States. He serves as a director of eight academic organizations, including the Chinese Information Systems Association, the Big Data and Business Analytics Research Society of the Chinese Institute of Management Science and Engineering, and the Information Technology Committee of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information. His main research fields include data science, medical intelligence, knowledge discovery, and digital governance. He has published more than 140 papers in domestic and international journals such as Management World, Proceedings of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Journal of Management Science, JASIST, ISF, I & M (4 articles), IJPR (2 articles), JMIR (2 articles), IJPE, AIM (2 articles), KBS, ESWA, CAIE, IP&M, etc., including more than 70 SCI/SSCI papers, published one monograph, obtained 16 national invention patents, and won one national outstanding management case. He has written and submitted eight special reports for various departments such as the Central Office, Ministry of Education, Xinhua News Agency, etc., two of which were adopted by the Ministry of Education and one by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. He has presided over five projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, one major project of the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Key Base, two projects of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and one project of the China Association for Science and Technology. He participated in five national projects, including major projects of the National Social Science Fund and key projects of the National Natural Science Fund. He has won the Anhui Provincial Online Teaching Achievement Special Prize and the Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievement First Prize. He serves as an editorial board member of the international journal Data Intelligence, co-chair of the organizing committee for the Ninth International Conference on Information Management in China Summer Symposium, and a member of the Youth Scientist Committee for the Sixth Sino-German Frontier Science Exploration Roundtable. He is a peer review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation Key/General/Youth Projects, a leading talent and reserve candidate in Anhui Province, participates in formulating one national standard and two local standards (implemented).
